We are confident that you will love what you ordered, but we understand that there are times when things don’t always fit as you had hoped. Please let us know and we will happily address the issue.
Refunds cannot be given, but we will allow you to exchange your purchase for an item of equal value.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom items.
All exchanges must be returned and postmarked within 10 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as they were received, with the tags still attached.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date received at Onyx Avenue Apparel for your exchange to be processed.
All items are shipped USPS First Class. We are not responsible for additional custom fees incurred from your country nor missing packages. Once a parcel is shipped, please contact www.usps.com with any shipping and/or tracking questions.
